Terms of service
These terms apply to purchases from SweeporaHome, operated by SweeporaHome, 807 E 45th St, Brooklyn, New York (NY) 11203.

Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the dispatch confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil an order — because an item is unavailable or a price was listed in error — we cancel it and refund you in full before shipping.

Prices
Prices are shown in USD ($) and include the item only. Shipping and any taxes are calculated at checkout and shown before you confirm. We list one price per item and do not display reference or “was” prices.

Products
All products are genuine iRobot items. Product photography and specifications are supplied for identification; the manufacturer may change a specification without notice. Where a part is model-specific, the models it fits are named in the product title.

Our relationship to the manufacturer
SweeporaHome is an independent retailer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by iRobot Corporation. iRobot and all related marks are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not an authorised dealer or service centre.

Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. Beyond those rights, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.
